If don't pay taxes but earn at least 3k (unemployment, welfare, etc) you get $300. If you make between 3k and 75k, you get $600. Married couples get $1,200 if they earn below 150k combined. If you make over 75k single or 150k married, you get a lowered amount. (5% per 1k over 75k/150k). If you have kids, you get $300 per kid. That decrease applies even if you have kids, so if you make over 200k together and still have 4 kids you'll get nothing since the 5% per 1k exceeds the total amount of the rebate. Quote:
