As far as I know, the login is the same as it ever was. What problem are you having?

Yeah, it has you make a Konami ID and then a game ID.

Which I've totally forgot and don't know which email I put it under...shame cause I've played the main game 4 times and my other major FPS-online game broke.

You don't need your email to login to the game. You should just need your Game ID. You can go on Konami's website and login if you forgot it. I had to do that because I forgot my password and just logged in and changed it.

Its really not that difficult. I got that in my first playthrough. Its not actually difficult in any of the MGS games. Maybe 1, but definetly not 2-4. Mk22 gun and chaff grenades are your friend

"The addition of Trophies suggests KojPro have been taking MGS4's code apart for one reason or another and - after four years on the shelf and the closure of MGS Online - it's probably not just for the fun of it. Remember Vita debuted in Japan running a modified version of MGS4. Trophies for the PS3 version might point to work being done on a proper port of MGS4 for Sony's new handheld."

well obviously there wouldnt be any MGO trophies and thank god for that bc that game stunk. I hope this re-release is more than just trophies though bc if its a "Substance" style treatment with more extras, I just may have to rebuy it. If not, I'll just settle for the trophy patch

Wasn't there something like 4 chaff grenades in the entire game of GOTP? IIRC there were 2 in the dream sequence and 2 during the Rex part.

I dont know; its been years since I played the game, but you only really needed them in Act 4 and there were enough to get through that undetected.

Played through this game once and didn't love it. I just don't get MGS at all.

Maybe getting trophies will make me play it again.
