Personally enjoyed RZ's take on young Michael Meyers compared to JC's. While it's interesting to think of a monster coming from these perfect little suburban parents, RZ's monster trash family was a great premise for Michael.

Overall, thought RZ's was much better.

I'm very selective about horror as I'm not much of a horror fan...but I do like both Halloween's, Devil's Rejects, the 1st Freddy and a few others that are erased from my brain...

Give The Thing a try sometime. I'll bet you like it. An excellent psychological nail biter. Graphic FX and really keeps you on the edge of your seat!

A 10 in my favorite book of horror films.
