It takes more power (and better equipment) to fill a large room with clean output. So if this setup is for a large living room connected to a kitchen, then a HTiB won't do. If it is a small appartment, then a HTiB may suffice although I wouldn't go that route. The room size and the acoustics of that room are extremely important in setup and design.
