Yes some UPS' have a voltage regulator in them but be careful to get one that is rated high enough to support everything you plug into it.

Also look at a voltage stabilizer. Most stabilizers use a variac to compensate for voltage changes. It can either reduce or increase the ac voltage to it's outputs to keep it at 120VAC (just like the a voltage regulator). However, these are much more expensive than ups'.
