Support and native are two different things. I will give a brief history on why it ended up confusing to people. I will create another thread.



COD4 is NOT a native 1080p game on ANY console. It can output at 1080p if you set it to display at that resolution, but not natively.

this is correct

COD4 boots up in 1080p, but once the game starts it reverts back to 720p.
you have to go in to the display settings on the Xross media bar and untick the 720p & 1080i screen resolution so that it plays at 1080p. (and even this i think is an upconvert)
