I think we could keep the updates to this thread, making another would then mean more people would see it and that is more competition you have to fight against to obtain a print. In here, there would be the core people who read this thread and a few new ones, but starting a new one could create more interested fans, and then the chances of securing a print decrease. Sharing cookies is one thing, sharing chances to get prints is another.

Mondo drops are random.....but generally they tend to be between 8:15am and 9:30am pacific time but that can change at anytime. Mondo has been known in the past to release prints as early as 7:30am pacific and 12pm pacific. Not common, but it does happen. Nailing it down to a certain minute is difficult, I, and others here have managed to "guess" within a ten to fifteen minute window, but those aren't from inside information, just guesses which turn out right. I am sure if someone went back and researched the exact time a print dropped, and did so for all their prints over the last year or two, they would probably find the same times for some, but at the end of the day, random time is just that....random.

I'm thinking I may make a google document that I'll keep updated with dates and times and links to drops coming up. Tonight on http://www.bottleneckgallery.com is the "I love you man" exhibit. A bunch of artists releasing their "bromance" pieces. Drops at 8 EST

Stupid me had a typo in my address when I set up my mondo account, put the street number down as 132 when it should have been 130. I have emailed Mondo in hopes to get it cleared up but wondering if anyone has ever had to adjust their order in any way and if Mondo was able to make any changes or if like some online places they cancel outright instead of adjusting something.

As everyone probably knows, Mark Englert has created a special print for Star Trek: Into Darkness for the early IMAX screenings held at 8pm on Wednesday May 15th. This appears to be the first print in a new series IMAX is calling IMAX Fanfix. Unknown if the print will be numbered, my guess is if they are, they are printed numbers, and not hand-numbered, and more than likely not signed, but for Star Trek fans, you may want to put this night on your calender.

Mondo is quite good about getting back to people who make a mistake, etc. They have some very good people working for them, but generally you won't get notified directly in your email, rather you need to log into your account and check there for a response to the ticket/thread you created when you sent the message. They should be able to make the correction to your order, and if you haven't already, update your account info as well making the corrections on your end for future orders.

Taking my fiance to one of the Pittsburgh-area theaters... not a huge fan of 3D, but every now and again I don't mind it.

I personally can't do the 3D thing, thankfully 2D hasn't gone the way of the VHS tape and more than likely never will. Also on Facebook Esurance is giving away 500 pairs of tickets to see the film each day. You just have to "Like" them and do a few small steps, and then you see if you win instantly. I did it just now and won a pair, each ticket is good for up to $15.50 each through Fandango, but not good for the IMAX screenings.

I've always gotten a timely response from the Mondo team whenever I've sent them a note through the website, I hope things go smoothly for you!

I got my tickets yesterday. I was going to see the film anyway so why not get a Mark Englert print for free.

They are just online pieces, not actual posters. Studios do that a lot, but the problem is, they design them in a way that websites report them as "posters" and then everyone assumes they are. This has been going on for a while too, films like Dark Knight Rises, Sherlock Holmes 2, tons of films. But when it comes down to it, officially, there are only three posters for Star Trek's domestic release. There could be some different international styles, but the character ones you saw at the link above aren't "posters".

I have a question, hopefully someone can help me with.

I have bought 2 mondo posters (the burning & evil dead 2) which are being shipped to me. I want to get them framed and i want to hang them on the wall above my desk where my 2 computer monitors are placed on.
The framed posters will be hanging about 4 inches above the monitors. Will the heat coming from these monitors do any damaged to the posters? Since i know it's not advised to hang posters above a heat source. I was just wondering if a computer monitor gets hot enough to do damage to it.
