There's definitely going to be a long battle if MLB tries to suspend players over this. From what I've read there's virtually no real documentation linking the players to PEDs because Tony Bosch kept most of his records in code and the payments he allegedly received from MLB players were in cash so there won't be a paper trail. If the only proof is the word of someone that's being investigated for illegally distributing drugs and some of his associates I don't see how the suspensions could stand, especially since Bosch has an incentive to lie since his cooperation means MLB will drop their lawsuit against him. I don't buy for a minute that Selig thinks suspending these players would hold up in court given the way the records were obtained, among other things. I'll bet the league is only doing this to publicly humiliate/shame those players whose names came up. And honestly it's not a bad idea if that's the case as it would likely cause players to think twice about getting involved with these shady clinics in the future.

Keith Olbermann is returning to TV this fall as the studio host for TBS' playoff studio show and possibly as an analyst as well. TBS has the rights to the wild card games, 18 of the 20 League Division Series games, and the entire National League Championship Series. Olbermann is very opinionated and has had messy breakups with virtually all his previous employers so we'll see how this goes.
