just curious, but why an "All in one"

Why not the Receiver, and then add the 5.1 speaker set you like the best, and do without the DVD changer etc. because you're going to be using a Blu-Ray player anyways, so it'll serve as your CD player and Movie player anyways. If it's for "convenience" buying a receiver and plugging in a 5.1 speaker system from a box is just as easy/convenient, because either way you're going to have to connect the speakers.
