As per previous posts... we do have Sky HD (and have had it for around 2 years). The advantage over Freeview HD (not yet available... and not for a long time yet) is that there is nationwide coverage. Also the satellite based system can stream more channels than a Freeview HD service ever could.
The service is still not exactly comprehensive, but more channels are being added all the time. There is now C4 HD and we are shortly to get Eurosports HD just in time for the French Open (Tennis). Discovery and Nat. Geo HD. can be a bit repetitive at times. |
