You know I love blu(e) things, but in this case, the red box (Stouffer's...in the freezer aisle) has 139x better mac n cheese.

As for stuff that I actually cook, I make awesome rosemary roasted potatoes, creamy orzo (this recipe is by Giada DeLaurentis on food.com), cakes, tomato basil mozzerella panini, and the BEST guacamole ever, just to name a few.

Lately I've been craving chilequiles. I should hit the market tomorrow.

I'll have to hear more about the potaters; I rarely see them availbale roasted in restaurants, but when I do see them, they're usually real good.

That might taste a little funny. But I'll say, them Mrs. Fields cookies are amazing. I'm slowly working through a cookie cake I got for my birthday last week. Dual layer: frosting, cookie, more frosting, more cookie. I wish I knew how to duplicate it myself.
