i'm more worried about the update process. i realize its beta and they'll more than likely fix this stuff, but i can't even download the update

do the reviews even matter when it comes to this game... I might read a few but that won't impact me buying this game... and I know they won't impact any of you...

This is messed up i switched the id.konami to uk instead of usa and it goes all the way to the pick your konami id........so i go back and switch it to usa and it says "error page has been deleted" WTF IS THAT!?!?! ID LIKE TO SIGN UP BUT I WOULDNT BE ABLE TO USE MY ID CONSIDERING I LIVE IN THE USA

I HATE THIS CRAP. AND ON TOP OF IT ALL I CANT DOWNLOAD THE PATCH FOR THE DAMN BETA!!!! SCREW YOU KONAMI!!!!

Finally a guaranteed way of getting your Konami/Game ID

ok guys i found this on www.playps3.co.uk so im just going to copy and paste what they tell you what to do and it works like a charm.

You need Firefox
Goto Tools Add ons, Get Extensions
Find the AutoFormer add on and install it and restart the browser
goto https://id.konami.net and click register (Blue button on the left) - might take a while but keep trying
Enter your date of birth and go to edit in Firefox menu and find AutoFormer, click Save all fields - this will now save you entering the DOB again if you need to come back to this stage
click next
Wait until the terms show before clicking next again
fill out the entire form carefully, don't rush you have all the time in the world. Make sure you don't use capitals in username, and make sure game id password is all numbers. Make sure phone number and postcode have no spaces
now before clicking next click edit again and AutoFormer>save all fields
Click next, it'll probably fail due to time taken to complete the form. Don't worry
Start again, this time your DOB should be auto inserted click next to terms, click next to form, click next to confirmation click next and you're done - SIMPLE!!!

For those of you that got 2 beta codes (one from the dvd and another from that site that was posted a few pages back), would you mind sending one my way. I pre-ordered from gamestop but I haven't received a code, tried emailing them a few days ago and I haven't heard anything.

I wouldn't want to miss out on the beta because someone got lazy at gamestop.

Just came home and guess what still no word from Konami about my Beta code. It doesnt matter now bc I went back to Gamestop today and got a valid one. I asked the guy if he had anymore of them and he gave me one but told me that I might have to contact Konami bc there was an error with some of the printing on them. I was surprised that GS for once actually knew what was going on. As I left the store, I opened up the case and I had a 9 digit code. I went back in and showed it to the guy and asked if he had any in the back with 12 digits. He went back to look and came back with 2 more cases. The first one had 9 but the second had 12. He was real cool about it and I just put it into the PSN and its working fine. Downloading as I type

Just downloaded the beta! thanks to my brother Bizdady who was able to pick me up a copy while i was away working out of town. April 22nd cant come soon enough now!

Has it started to upload or download anything? I changed my port to 8080 and was finally able to download via P2P after many failures trying to download via http and P2P (default port#).
