I couldn't get into this show...but I wish I could take the girls from this show and replace the girls on Girls. The girls from this and the guys from Girls would make an incredible show. If that makes sense.

Watched the premiere of Season 3 tonight with a friend. She hasn't seen Season 3 yet. She could not understand how this show was cancelled. I thought I could move on, but watching it again I can't

. Had this been an NBC show it still would have been on. They stick with beloved cult shows.

And why the f*ck isn't this on Netflix Instant? Would love to see it on there.

Anyway, if you haven't seen this absolute gem you can buy the first two seasons pretty darn cheap from Amazon or elsewhere. Also you can buy Season 3 from Amazon as of last week. It's available manufactured-on-demand.

This happened to Season 3 to 5 for the New Adventures of Old Christine.
It has a "cheaper" look to it YET it's way more expensive! I lucked out and got seasons 2 + 3 for $13 on eBay! Season 4 & 5 are almost $40 a piece and its MOD.

I'm not a BIG hater on MOD because at least we get it, but hell, the prices are ridiculous for being just burned DVDs with poor artwork.

At that price, it makes more sense to just get the HDX copy of Season 3 on VUDU for $34.99. Granted you don't get a hard copy, but it's high def and cheaper.

I agree. I usually prefer getting the physical copy, even if it's only DVD. However, in this case, I'd say digital is preferable.

Yeah, I never got to finish that show because of it. I'm not paying that much for MOD discs. This wouldn't be a huge deal if they charged less for them but the prices are usually ridiculous.

I hope one day we'll get a "Complete Series" set in stores.

Even though it'd probably be double the price of the DVD's, I wish they'd do Blu-ray versions of Manufactured On Demand.

As far as WB MOD goes (which Old Christine is part of), I typically wait until they have a good sale plus coupons. It's still usually more than I want to spend, but not nearly as bad as ordering when something is brand new or there just aren't any deals going on in general. A couple of months ago I finally ordered the last 2 seasons of Night Court and the 2nd volume of Silverhawks when they had some good deals going on.

Overly wishful thinking? Probably.... But you know everyone has been thinking it considering Adam Pally's recent exit from The Mindy Project and Damon Wayan Jr.'s announced exit from New Girl.

I'm not seriously placing my hopes on it, but it's really hard not to get excited seeing something like this.

I really just can't let it go....

Man that would be the best if this came back. This was one of my favorite shows and I'm still upset about it's cancellation. Even if it's not true, at least Wayans is leaving New Girl so that's a plus.

I'm guessing they're just doing some sort of one time live event. No way they can bring the show back with half the cast currently unavailable, although I'm guessing by May the whole cast would be available since Wilson's show is as good as dead and both Cuthbert and Knighton's shows looking DOA.

It's been noted that the countdown ends on April 1, but they wouldn't be so evil so as to have a two-month countdown that ends in someone yelling "April Fools!," would they?

Again, yeah. I would never seriously expect a fourth season, but hopefully there will be some sort of reunion.

Well, I'm sure Zach and Elisha's shows won't make it so the cast could all be free soon. Otherwise maybe they're able to do a limited series on Netflix or something. Or a movie? We can dream.

If this were a sick joke it would be really f-ing cruel and I don't believe they'd do that to fans unless they want to p*ss everyone off.

I know it's not smart to hope for this show to return, but I miss it so much. I can't believe more people didn't get into it. I caved and bought the overly expensive third season just because I love it so much!

I picked it up for 28 on Amazon. Wish they could have at least put menus or a trailer or something on the discs. It is DVD-R and the price just never dropped past $35, once it did i had to jump on it.

One of my all time favorite shows.
