Hats off to the Tigers and their fans, but in all honesty, this is the one ALCS matchup I was not looking forward to. My 2 least favorite AL teams battling it out to determine who represents their league in the World Series. Ugh.

On the bright side, even though I despise both teams, at least Detroit is the lesser of two evils in this matchup (loyal Yankee fan here

).

Completely stoked for the NLCS matchup however!

That was watching a future Hall of Famer totally overmatch a good lineup.

I was disappointed they brought in the closer for him.

We've never been eliminated by the Rangers

But the Atlanta Thrashers were swept by them in their only playoff series.

And the Tigers have a long way to go to match the Braves run.

The series is going to end up being Dodgers versus Tigers. Verlander will match up against Kershaw in Game 7. They will eventually call the game after it is 0-0 in the 15th inning.
