Do you really watch TV and movies that way? I don't think I would be able to tolerate that. It seems the color would interfere with the overall picture tint and contrast levels

I think it would drive me nuts too, but never tried to view it in person..... I guess it's one of those things, those with "Ambi-light" swear by it, but not sure I'd use it as the basis of my t.v. selection.

i can't watch in the complete dark, that hurts my eyes.

i used to use two hockey puck style halogen lights mounted below the shelf that's above the tv and that helps when they are set on a dimmer switch and set low

the blue right now is very bright and was purposely set that way for the effect. i can alter their positioning to change the brightness of the light as needed. also, the picture was taken during the day time, so the reddish hue on the walls is from the sunlight coming through windows behind me going through reddish curtains.

Lol, she just kind of snuck in there. Kind of like when I am playing MLB 08: The Show and am up to bat and she decides, "hey! I am going to go ahead and lay on your hands to prevent you from hitting this much needed hit to boost your career." Evil little Scooter... But how can you not love that chunkers?

Tomorrow I'll try to take some brighter pictures so that people can see my speaker layout and TV set up and whatnot.
