Humming sound when hooking up PS3 component

adrock920 New Member Member since:Feb 2008	Question When you get the humming sound do you notice any very faint vertical scan lines that are constantly moving down the screen? If so it may be a ground fault loop or something like that. To fix it you need to get a 3 prong to 2 prong converter for the power plug. Hopefully that helps. *** I had a humming problem a while back and it only happened on certain titles. Last edited by adrock920; 05-07-2008 at 04:59 PM. Reason: Added my humming experience
