Some of them look like fun, but geez are there no original movies anymore. It's all tv, video game, and comic book spinoffs.

Well there's really nobody that can really write an original script anymore

True and most that do are adapted screenplays from a book or short story.

no idea is original anymore anyways...

the only thing left to do is to do movies correctly....

well, I'm a screenwriter (or at least attempting to be one). I have plenty of ideas. It's choosing one that actually has merit and then applying what I've learned through observation and experience to make the movie unique.

And i really hope they dont screw up Angles and Demons... I actually thought that book was better than Da Vinci Code!

Quantum of Solace...HP6....and Madagascar 2 this November. November is a bigger movie month that July...I think July only has Dark Knight correct?

well, i'd love to tell you, but I've taken a vow to not discuss projects until I've at least finished a rough draft. At the moment I'm in the early stages of a new screenplay. I'm sorry I can't say more.

I have one going similar to Spiderman, but instead of a spider, it is a Radioactive Rattlesnake... don't want to spoil anything, but going to be nuts.

Cool. I love superhero movies.

One I've written a few drafts of and been a quarterfinalist in a few competitions with is called "The Sutterman Bill". It takes place about 20 years from now and the boarder between the US and Mexico has been closed. Childhood friends, now on the opposite side of the fence, are reunited in a struggle from both the inside and outside of the government to tear down the fence and put those responsible for it behind bars.

It's a really fun script, but it's also my first. So of course it's flawed. Right now, I'm waiting to hear from a few grad schools to continue my writing with my peers. At the moment, I don't have any friends that are interested in writing screenplays...

I have stuff too. Don't know if I will ever do anything with it. They're just needs to be more screenwriters that can do something for themselves. Client Eastwood is a good example. Sly Stallone also
