This was taken from slightly below the screen. I don't know how you folks take good shots in the complete dark. I guess you have a better camera than me. I used a tripod and everything and most of them didn't come out, hence the random shot from Ratatoulle and not the typical 5th Element shots.

And one from Grand Tourismo

Back wall. You can see the HSU sub tucked in the corner.

Front Corner with some acoustic treatments from GIK

And back, also with a tri-trap from GIK

As far as equipment goes. It is a Paradigm Monitor 11 setup, with a HSU 3.3 w/ Turbo sub. Integra 7.8 receiver, parasound 5 channel amp, dishHD box, and PS3. It is a small room, but with the acoustic treatments, it can give almost any room a run for its money.
That's the way to bring the HEAT!!!! EXCELLENT SYSTEM!!!!!!

Im sure this will solve nothing, but for future reference this will help make it easier and funner to look around in this forum.

....ok I'll be back in another 100 posts to remind everyone again.
QFT!!! It does get annoying. Just thought I'd post it again in case reading> you.

Beautiful setup you've got there. You definitely made very good use of the room size. Very nice. BTW I think those photos came out excellent! Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the compliments guys. I'm always amazed by the beautiful huge theaters that folks have, so I'm a bit self-conscious about the size of mine (that sounded bad). I tried to make it the best way I could all things considered. I had a moderate budget and tried to do as much stuff myself. I saved tons on the DIY screen (only $35) and it looks great.

DIY all the way! i think your look great.

i normally don't judge theater on how big and powerful they are but by what you can do with what you got. Now that is a skill =)

My setup isn't near as cool as most of yours, but here goes...

I know i definitely need a new reciever asap, but overall i'm happy with the rest of it. My friend borrowed my Xbox, hence the hole on the bottom left. It would be nice to be loaded like some of you guys. I was wondering if there are any mounts that i could use on the rear speakers so I could aim them down more towards the listening area? Are there any kind of arms that I could attach to the wall and then attach to the back of the speakers that kind of rotate?

I don't know if anyone thinks about this in their home theater arrangements.. but placing your PS3 on/near speakers that cause vibrations could potentially damage your PS3's hard drive essentially bricking your system.

I know there's padding and gromets to prevent the transmission of these fatal vibrations inherent with the components of home theater, but.. just be aware that a lot of boom boom could cause a crash.
