No use in paying $20-25 release week when you get them a month later for $4.

lol, I went in the afternoon. all the good ones are usually gone at that point. 9-11 am ...now that's the sweet spot. but hey, it's a funny movie, I can live with it for $4

I stopped by my local Half Priced Books today since they sent out a new round of 20% - 50% off coupons for this week.

I ended up finding a copy of Double life of Veronique (Criterion) for $4.99 (marked down from $19.99). The first few pages of the booklet have a couple of small tears, but everything else is in excellent condition. So, I couldn't pass it up for that price. Tomorrow, I am going to stop at the other HPB location in my area.

I went to 2 local pawn shops, 1 Family Video and 1 music store that carries blus and came home empty handed. Although the one pawn shop did have Beetlejuice with slip in mint condition for $6, so I may still bite on that one tomorrow!
