CFF isn't available yet, but all of the major UV services (Vudu, Flixster, CinemaNow, Target Ticket, etc) allow you to your download movies and TV shows through their respective apps/programs. They've all allowed this for quite a while now. The downloaded file is proprietary, and can only be played back on the device you downloaded it to and through the service you downloaded it from, but you most certainly can download your UV titles. I download UV titles to my phone, tablet, and computer often (and sometimes to my PS3).
