Silly question, but assuming you changed the batteries first?

Look forward to a 4-8 week turn-around time.

I did tech support for a couple years, always ask "is it plugged in" as the first question! Well over half the time that ends the call! Figure with electronics ask about the batteries.

I have an 880, and after a while, the "leads" to charge the battery get touchy. It'll be dead, and in need of a charge, but it sometimes takes 20 minutes of adjusting, for me to get it to sit into the cradle properly, and charge. Seriously, if I even cough, the remote will shift enough that it stops charging.

Might be something to check on. The battery may be dead, and the leads are just so horrid that it cannot charge right. Anti-corrosion stuff works decent in very small amounts (look to an auto-parts store, it is used to clean the leads on a car battery).

Else, good luck on the turnaround.

The contacts are dirty..... put it in the washing-machine ..... it's a sensitive piece of electronics though, so use the "Gentle" cycle.

I bought a Harmony One and have a spare 880. Works perfectly but the screen has a 1" crack in it from being dropped.

Want to buy it cheap?
