Every single pitcher does it in the big leagues. If I was apart of the Red Sox lineup against Pineda I would rather him have a good grip on the ball then throwing heat around my chin. All the facial hair in the world isn't gonna stop the blow of that.

I already have tickets for Nationals Park and Fenway. Anybody have seating recommendations for Citizens Bank (Philly), Yankee Stadium or Citi Field (Mets)? I don't care about any of the teams playing, so not worried about being close to the field. Trying to get more of the most bang for the buck.

I don't know what your budget is, but I think the best place to sit in about 20 rows behind 1st base line. I've also had a really good time sitting in the outfield. It really pains me to say this, but it's a really nice ballpark without a bad seat in the house. The tailgating atmosphere is fantastic.

Talking about Philly I assume?

Not really budgeted, but I went above what I expected to spend at Phillies. Got a club level seat right behind home plate on the first row for $87. Part of the "Hall of Fame Club".

The Cardinals complained so much about that. I thought is was pathetic that one inning with a "foreign" substance rattled them for the whole game. If it made such a difference, what was their excuse for inept hitting for the next seven innings?
