i think blu-rays biggest problem is not enough QUALITY hdtvs are out there. and unless you have a quality hdtv that is rather large (42 inch +), you are not going to see much of a difference.

i agree. I think audio difference has improved drastically too! If people make the leap into audio, even an HTIB with HDMI capable reciever, they'll notice a huge difference.

Selling on sound as much as video will be HUGE!
