No "Complete David Tennant Years"? Really? I understand that 2(ish?) of his 3 seasons are only really available at 576i PAL as their highest resolution, but I just found him SO much more entertaining/interesting to watch than Matt Smith.
EDIT: Also, last I looked into it, anyway, BBC actually did a pretty decent (brilliant?) job with their upscales of the SD content, and as of yet the only readily convenient methods of watching Tennant - apart for buying the complete 9th-11th Doctors Blu-Ray set - is 480i/p streaming.
