This means absolutely nothing.
Yeah the amount of people that know about the pre-orders that pop up on Amazon is very small. It's not going to hurt sales for a movie. We all know that when a movie is released there is going to be a BD/DVD release for it within a few months time. We don't need a pre-order to tell us that. It still doesn't stop us from going to see a film in theaters.

Do we really need to go through one of these things everytime a pre order pops up? Does it matter whether it comes out now, or a few months from now? There is no date for the release. Nor do you get the movie any quicker.

It just seems people are moaning and whining more these days. Can't go anywhere on this site without it happening.

10 out of 10!

It was all personal to me.

If you let my daughter go now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you.

One of the best films in any genre of the last 10 years. I can't count the amount of times I've watched this film.

also all the Transporter movies are great.

It's an existential action film!

ScarJo IS the movie.

I enjoyed it and will buy it but I think it's in borderline rental territory. Big fan of Luc Besson's work and the stuff he also produces/writes but this one isn't a home run like Taken [which he wrote, produced]

and at the very least watching 90 minutes of Scarlett Johansson is time well spent
Is it a sequel to Limitless?
But seriously, did you enjoy it more or less than the Bradley Cooper vehicle?

I read on IMAX's website (from their Corporate Press Release section) that "Lucy" was partially filmed with IMAX cameras.

It sucks that we didn't get a 15perf/70mm release here in the US!

I hope that when its released that they will at least give us an aspect ratio change like they did for TDK, Transformers 2 (a Wal-Mart exclusive), TDKR, and Hunger Games 2.

Just came from this movie (saw it on friday). It's amazing... it's Limitless meets Salt with no limits.... it's really really amazing. It dosen't take serious for a minut and you can't see it coming at the end. I like it, and the action sequences are very intenses and brutal ! Pure Besson-esque !!!

Yes, 99.9% of the time they are region free. There are only a handful I know of that are locked, usually a co-release with another label, and not a direct release.

I agree, it was very odd that it didn't get a release in its native format. A shifting AR Blu-ray would be interesting.
