This is not ground breaking news. Its free, and there are way more than 10 million PS3s out in the wild. When you look at Xbox live and how many members it has that pay for gold accounts and renew them every year thats way more impressive. Besides Xbox live blows PSN out of the water.

Oh please thats everybodys excuse now, it doesn"t matter why it got to 10 mill the point is it got there.people on live also have more than one account,why everytime sony does something good people ALWAYS have to question it?.ther are around 13 millin ps3's out there the gap is only 3mill for the people who has not signed up,compare that with xbox 19 mill consoles and there gap is at 9 mill. so that means soon enough more people are going to be signed on PSN than xbox live. who cares if PSN is free, since when was that a bad thing? the bottom line is sony got to 10million 4 years faster than ms and will surpass them in no time.
