No reason to.
You may have missed the recent murmors of rereleases for some titles, some upgraded and some just re-releases but Spiderman will be no different.
It is essentially considered a refresh release.

I think Spiderman 1 and 2 will be released on separately.

I think it would be in market in end of this year as a whole set of 1, 2 and 3.

Considering that the box has been on sale for as low as $35, just buy that and throw out 3 if it offends you

They weren't going to include all 3 in there, and SM3 was the movie they were pushing as the hot new release that people don't have
