I just got back from the BB & CC near Springfield Mall in No VA. No PotC-DMC at BB, and only a single one, opened, at CC. No Stealth or Knight's Tale at BB, and I got the last copy of each at CC. Not much available at CC, and many other missing titles at BB. Only two copies of Troy at CC, and I don't recall seeing it at BB. But oddly, CC did have a BD copy of "Sky Captain" on the shelf. Their collection was so badly mixed up, I guess it got overlooked. I already had a copy, so I passed. Probably should have bought it as an investment.

BB had a MUCH larger selection than CC, and their BD display was larger than their HD DVD display. CC gave equal space to each, but it looked like the BD side had been picked thru a lot more.

I wonder if they have enough coming in to restock during the week?

Good Point, if these stores don't re-stock on the rush they will be getting this week from the blu supporters, then what will happen, no sales going thru the register.

I just got back from my local best buy and purchased both Pirates movies and will probably go back tomorrow and buy some more blu-ray titles..this is an awesome deal..I'm new to these threads also and have just gone the way of the bluray and would like to say that it is f'n awesome

Gee, I wish I'd have known that while I was there. Might have to go back. Might have to see if that "Sky Captain" is still there.

Any reference to the "all titles" bit? I had to insist on the 2 for 1 at the CC register. That one is going downhill fast. I noticed the stock on the floor in all departments is way less than a few months ago. They've even cut back on the number of TVs for sale. On the "good" side, with much wider isles and fewer customers, I had no trouble running thru there.
