Umm, Hell yes! I am using Bose Acoustimasses for my rear though. Klipsch front, and side surround, with a pair of Yamaha YST series subwoofers.

Well, just bought 300 for Blu-ray, and all I got to say is HOT DAMN this is nice. I'm watching it now as I type. I'm blown away and it's only been like 5 minutes into the movie.

Okay, here's a question...would it be better to just have the audio go through the HDMI or should I have the audio go through the FO?

We've been extremely happy with our Klipsch speakers. We're sold on Klipsch. It was worth the price we paid to have these. Awesome sound. We are new owners of the Blu Ray player now, and the sound is outstanding!

Does any body have the Panasonic DMP-BD30K? I just got it yesterday (my first BD) player, and I love it. I am a blu-ray addict now. I am going to Best Buy again tomorrow.

When you need to get an update, how long does it take and how do you do it?

Just got a PS3 this past Christmas but I've already started building up my collection with Pirates 3: At Worlds End and Spiderman 3. As well as Motorstorm(came with the 80GB system) and Spiderman 3 video games. So I'm a newbie too. Must say, I love the pop-up enhanced BD menus. Much better then the DVD ones.

Firmware updates usually only take me about 15-20 minutes, tops to do. I'm waiting on my most recent update to arrive in the mail, and it will be the third one I've done in the past year. Don't sweat them, it goes with the territory of being an early adopter. Just be sure to follow the instructions to the letter! No need to fry your new Blu-ray player needlessly...
