Default Tiny type

While I hate the 3 strips when I open the box, I hate the tiny type on the back of the cover even more. There is not enough space to fit everything that was on the DVD cover but they try anyway.

I just realized today about half of my cases are light blue and half are darker blue, must have been unusually bright, because normally I look at my shelf and think "damn, those look nice" but today I was like "what the hell?"

And the "little metal stripe"...aka...the RF Id tag...is there so that they have to spend less time doing inventory. If movies were getting stolen, they would go up in price, as it would cost the store more to have them on their shelves. Likewise if they had to pay someone to actually go and count all of the movies....thats a lot of labor. But yeah, I have the same gripes as everyone else....I just know it is a necessary evil.
It is NOT a necessary evil. The RF ID tag can be stuck to a piece of paper that is placed in the case. As for the goo, one strip is enough, given that BD cases ridges inside the case around the disk so that cutting a slot and having the disc fall out is made harder if not impossible. Especially if the case with the lock on the side are used.

There's simply no excuse for using three stickers, at least one of which is stuck to the paper art work that I have paid for, using a glue which is stronger than the Blu-ray case!

Sony (and others) have done the right thing: ONE reasonably easy to remove sticker.

I actually prefer those cases with the latch!

But instead of ripping them off, you can clip them to the case so that they don't get in the way.

I hate glue that they use for some of the stickers. Especially Lionsgate releases, you pull the sticker and pretty much all the glue stays on the case. Im tired of having to "goo gone" my Blu-rays.

Next to the stickers, those latches are the ones I hate. I have hundreds of DVDs and a few BDs that don't have them but are fine. Sometimes if it becomes loose it won't latch on anymore, it would be sticking out...which is even worse.
