Like I said, there is more to picture quality than just resolution. I say even if it takes you a few extra months to save up for 1080p, go for it. I used to have a 1080i display and went to 1080p (same size screen) and what a difference.

Just got off the phone with a freind of mine and he told me I was completely nuts for not wanting to get a plasma HD tv especially one thats selling for that kind of price. He told me Blu Ray looks great on plasma and not to worry about Burn In due to Panasonic has pretty much corrected that problem. I am a guy who loves watching movies and he said thats the best way to go for movie buffs is Plasma. So its back on again guys and I am gonna go for it.
