They aren't announced releases, but this really isn't a wishlist. These are titles that we have GOOD REASON (ex. Bad Boys 2 was on the coming soon to Blu-ray list for a while) to believe should be out by the end of the year. If someone thinks something you listed will not be out by the end of the year, he/she should say why.

I think we'll see some great titles from Fox this year (not the MGM stuff). For example, I wouldn't be surprised if we saw "Master and Commander" by year's end.

And I can only hope.. to see Universal release at least 1 title!

It would be really cool to own Gladiator on blu-ray...to go along with 300. I agree with a previous poster about possibly (hopefully) seeing some universal titles on blu-ray before the end of the year. Im really hoping to see Back To The Future on blu-ray. Any word on the Lord OF The Rings trillogy coming to blu-ray?

I'll second the Memoir's of a Geisha vote from the first thread. Seems we're getting a lot of Asian flicks, hopefully with Crouching Tiger and Hero coming this year as well, but Memoirs would be gorgeous in 1080p. Not that I would know since I'm still on SD TV hah

Also, selling a few DVDs to a co-worker today, so I really hope Batman Begins comes out this year on BD, along with Equilibrium - which I believe is out on HD DVD in Japan, but should be a Disney title in NA (correct me if I'm wrong). Then if The Negotiator came out (wouldn't be surprised - Warner likes their catalogue) the only title I would have sold today I can't get on HD easily is Lost in Translation...

When this one comes out, grab it because it may be the very last true animated movie that doesn't involve computer animation. You can tell your kids "Back in my day we used people to draw cartoons dagnabit".
