As far as the 4th movie, I've never seen it. So personally it's no great loss, but I would be very surprised if it didn't get a domestic release eventually one way or another.
I require subtitles, so i could not purchase the sf release of part 3, so im very happy with the uk set

Are there ratings logos on the outer chipboard box of the U.K. release or are they only on the back of the individual cases and discs?

It's a great day -- and also five years -- to be a Gold Backer when a package this badass arrives at your doorstep.

I wish the outer packaging logos for the UK set were on a removable overlap, but at least there's no logo on the outer box's spine.

I usually receive my stuff earlier than what the "Delivery date" says on Amazon UK. So hopefully it arrives quick. I also got the 10th as delivery date.

Not sure what the deal is with the rating logos. Couldn't these companies just put a sticker on the shrink wrap or as an easily removable sticker on outer cases or something, or is there some kind of rule against that? Also why would they be on the movies cases, when you can't see it until you buy and open It?

I was totally up for the UK set since day 1 since I like the first three films quite a bit. The four one is the one that I consider to be a freebie, but hey. The entire set being region free is a happy incident.

Add in that the 3rd film is uncut Where as Scream Factories release is the R-Rated cut, and that part 4 is with Warner Bros and therefore incredibly unlikely to ever see a domestic release.

You really can't go wrong with either set, but for me personally having all the films in a complete package (especially when that package costs less than the US edition) was enough reason to go for the UK edition.
Thanks; it helped me in my decision to cancel my order from Amazon Canada, and ordered this one instead

Hey guys I have a question. I don't have a credit card but I have the US version already preordered. is there any chance I can get amazon to let me use money that's already on my account so I could order it through amazon.uk? like use my money that's on my actual account instead of a credit card. or is there a seller on amazon.com not UK that sells this?

Amazon used to have an option to let you pay right out of your checking account, if that's what you're asking. Not sure if they still do though, or if the UK does. Best thing to do would be to go to Amazon and look through their payment menu, which should have all the information.

Would be hard to be a movie collector without a Debit/Credit card nowadays, I suspect.

You could buy a gift card with cash from a retailer (grocery store, drug store, Walmart, Target) and apply that to your order.

Wouldn't work for UK as far as I know.

AssertedWolf, your best option may be to contact DiabolikDVD and see if they will be getting any copies of the UK version and, if they are, ordering it from them.

Yeah that wont work because when I called amazon and asked they said they couldn't do us dollars to pounds. it's okay I have the US version ordered so I'm happy. those are my two favorites anyways. has anybody got in pics of what the full US version will look like unboxed? like the book and such.
