So many to chose from but I narrowed it down to three:

-Hitchcock
-Kubrick
-Kurasawa

So he doesn't still -
Save Luke from Vader during the trench fight on the death star?
Fly the Millennium Falcon through an asteroid field and hide it on the garbage eject station on a Star Destroyer?
Battle hundreds of Storm Troopers and utter a famous last line before being frozen in carbonite?
Steal the heart of the daughter of one of the greatest Jedi ever?
Lead an attack squadron onto the moon of Endor that is wildly successful and leads to the second death star being destroyed?
My mistake...

Hilarious!

Kubrick for me, he is the first one I can think of that I like multiple films of.

wait, you're crucifying Lucas on every page but you still give Episode 1 and 2 a C??? According to your grades, this doesnt make him horrible, it makes him average. You may want to go home and rethink your life, son.

He doesn't yet have a long enough filmography for me to call him "greatest director ever" but David Fincher's directed two movies in my personal top 10, with the other 8 spread over 8 other people, so I'm thinking he's my favourite director. Expand that list to 15 and he's directed 3 of 15.

You think people will change their minds when they watch the last 3 Star Wars movies again?

Not sure if they will or not but I actually prefer those. I like the cast more, the lightsaber duels are better and the jokes are funnier. Not to mention you get to see the greatest anti-hero of all-time grow up from a whiny little kid into a whiny Jedi Knight and then his fall from grace.
