Blind bought it for your post! Found it on sale for $9.99 today.

U571 was priced a little high for a blind buy, but I haven't seen that one either.

You might be right, good bass as nice as it is, should be enjoyed in moderation. Also depends on the movie. I guess all I'm looking for in teh end is a consistently powerful surround sound experience.

To switch gears up, here are some of the best bass heavy songs I have come across on youtube. All of which can be ripped to a .mp3 file from a number of websites.

Saw Max Payne, good bass throughout the whole movie, but not exactly a great film.

Also blind bought and watched U-571 this weekend, now that one blew me away... INCREDIBLE audio and riveting to watch! Thanks!

I agree that Max Payne was not a great movie, but it did seem to have many longer periods of low frequency extension through-out the movie than a lot of others do. But hey, I don't even own this blu, but I do own U-571!

I'm not a rap fan by any means, but you all really need to get Ludacris's new single, "How Low". Has some killer bass in it.
