Lol! Not biased....i owned Definitive Technology before these. I just think that Bose are known as "OK" speakers....whereas Klipsch are known as "Pretty Good" speakers. And judging by the poll...i'm not alone!

I'll be the first to admit that I own a Klipsch setup and am therefore somewhat biased. However, I would have picked pretty much any brand compared against Bose.

Other than the Bose 901's, which I mentioned in an earlier post, I wouldn't touch anything that Bose made. Having said that, and without offense to the many Klipsch owners, I would only ever consider their Heritage line of speakers.

I take no offense to that at all. Klipsch is a sound that is definitely not for everyone.

I'm glad you don't Steve! Every speaker has a sound unique to itself and we buy what pleases us. That's why I both love and hate these speaker threads that make you choose. It's all subjective and personal and there is no right or wrong or better or worse in that context.
