The US is getting t bundle too - I just don't see anyone listing it yet.

thats not the same bundle that Japan is getting though

A poster on neogaf, who works for eb/gamestop just posted that there will be a USA LE MGS4 which contains:

yea, i stopped into gamestop today to preorder GT5:Prologue and ask about the time frame on pre-ordering mgs4 in order to participate in the online beta testing. The guy said the just barely started to accept pre-orders for the limited edition, and i signed right up. He also reassured me of the mgs online beta test. I can't wait for this game.

I really hate when they do these limited time preorder bonus things. I really want that the DVD and art book. I hope I can track them down. I always get the feeling that the guys only give the stuff out to people they know.
