I love (Love, LOVE) the A950's, but the 960 is pretty sweet.

If I were to get another tv anytime soon it would be the 960. Can't go wrong with a blue bezel.

Just ask the weasel to the left...

Do you have a pic of a Sammy with a blue bezel?

You can not go back !

Not sure what artifacting is either... I will sometimes get blurry edges in very few scenes when my blur reducer and judder is turned up to 10

I know if I have the amp on anything over low (I have the A650) I will get this effect sometimes. But I bet more than likely it is the signal from Cox, as they are probably compressing the crap out of it.......

Artifacting is when you get little squares. Its really obvious during panning of sports and flashing lights of concerts, the flashing lights make it impossible to watch, and its not the refresh time causing it.. My 550 is 5ms, just 1 ms slower than the 650.

Got it now, thanks. I experience this with some of my HD digital channels as well! They told me there is nothing they can do....

+1...you know Cox cable doesn't have all that much bandwith, so they are jamming a few channels together to get them out there, and then call it HD, when its nothing but glorified SD. Artifacts can occur very often when the signal you are getting is compressed like most cable companies do.

I have Time Warner HD Cable & for the most part it's very good, but not always of course. It will be years & years before HD cable will be Blu quality, if ever really... I'm not holding my breath, that's for sure. I'm just happy to have Blu-ray.
