Default My set ups..

I began getting into HDTV a couple of years back and I have been hooked. These are my basic and I consider entry level setups through out my house.

First of my bedroom, nothing fancy, just something to fall asleep too:

My sons room, minus his 360(in for repair,LOL):

My living room/wifes tv(might swap for a 750 series):

And finally my favorite room in the house:

This was my first actual attempt at a home theater. I am running a Pioneer Elite reciever, Klipsch VF35s,VC25,2 sets of VS 14s, and a definitive tech. supercube 1. With video via PS3, 360 and I dumped TW for direct TV. I might get a BR player sometime soon and another sub for some extra thump.

Please leave some feedback and any kind of advice you might have.

Very nice looking theater room. Love the pioneer receiver, and you're the first person I've seen with an American History X poster, +1

Upload the pics into the HT gallery for all to see and rate!

Thanks, all the work was done by me so it felt great when everything came together. I really wanted to enclose the room but it would of took away from the rest of the room. I am working on theater seating and some curtains to try and close it up.

This is my second pioneer reciever, the first is the one in my living room. I was using it in my theater room when I re did it and my wife said, well you replaced everything else in there might aswell get a new one, damn I love her.
ASfar as the poster, it is one of my favorite movies.

Everything looks great 350gt! Its nice to DIY, it means so much more then paying someone to do it.

Got something new over the weekend, i sold my DLP and the wifey bought this:

I didnt even watch the 3rd game of the finals on my PJ, instead on this. I really like it but am having doubts that I should have went for one of lasts years 8 series LCD's. It has an amazing picture though, and i have yet to tweak it.

Which model is that? The 6000 and 7000 series have flashlight issues, but the 8000 is supposed to fix that. I would've gone with the 950. Best LED Samsung has.

Looks good man! Only thing I would suggest is to move that CS2 right under the new TV - looks like its got enough room. Love the main theater man good work!!

YA it was a instinct buy. We were bored and took a drive to a store here in town. we didnt even expect to get anything and even had to send my wife back home to get the truck to load it up.

It wasnt a total mistake, I havent seen anything that reallly bothers me about it yet. But If I would have just researched a little more, I probably would have bought the 8 or 950. My plans were to replace the DLP with the 750 series in the first place but the wifey loved how thin the set was...

That was my plan. but it was a tight fit and didnt look clean. I am not really concerned about the sound too much, as this is my B theater....

The cs2 is a huge mutha though..and that is why I didnt have it in the first pic with the DLP, it just didnt fit.

Thanks and no, I wish i had alot of cash. My chick actually financed the TV. She wants to start building her credit, and I figured I could get some things out of it..
If i did have alot of cash, there are plenty of other setups in here that I would love to have. But what i did is make things work on a budget, and save cash for everything else. Dont ever finance this kind of stuff, its not a very good idea. By the time you pay it off there is something better or new. And shop around there are good deals to be found, and research, research, research, which I didnt do...lol

I was actually trying to sell my old gear including the cs2, m20's, jbl venue10,2 JBL venue bookshelf speakers and the pioneer receiver. I had no takers and it sat in a closet for a good while, so i decided to hook it all up in the front room for my chick and so I can save hours on my PJ. I was even going to let my sis have it, good thing I didnt.
