Not a bad buy for the price but for 200.00 more you can find yourself a better 1080p Tv

better than most lcd's between 1600 and less. It's a good tv, with a 42 inch you don't need 1080p, just watch it at the appropriate distance

I was just about to post my "find" on this set at Best Buy this afternoon.
Went over to pick up a Garmin GPS mat mount they had on sale and was looking around before picking it up. I noticed they had a bunch of different sets scattered around the store with "additional 20% off clearance" signs on them.

This set was marked $599 but had one of the signs on it so I asked and sure enough it was included. It was sealed in the box. So no open box nonsense.

Paid $513 out the door with my 7% sales tax in MS.

Just need to ditch my 37" LCD in my bedroom and get this one set up in there. Very pleased for the price!

The 600HZ is the subfield drive. Yes the TV is a 60HZ. Its in no way shape or form the same thing as 120HZ/240HZ like you see on LCDs.
