BEWARE: LOST Blu-ray cases - Blu-ray Forum

So I got home and opened my LOST Seasons 1 +2 that I got for $38.99 each at Best Buy today. I opened them and the cases on both of them are broke in the same spot. SUCKS. All the discs were loose and flying around. Kinda think they could do a better job with the set cases. The last 2 they had too. SUCKS.

BEWARE: If you go to buy it and it sounds like a maraca, guess what it's not ads sliding around or anything on these, the case is broke

This scares me because I ordered them from amazon.com and they haven't arrived yet.

Mine were PERFECT from Amazon. I just CAN'T watch them now. Every year I rewatch the entire series to prepare for the next season so I've gotta wait until Nov-Dec. to start! I only wish season 3 matched the rest.

I just called Best Buy. I have 2 in my town. Hopefully they have some that are not broke before I go.

Too many disc being held in this case with this weird case they have. Not like the Season 3 and 4 I have.

The SAME EXACT thing happened to me!! I just opened my case for the first time and all the disc fell out. WTF!!??

I always shake by blus, dvds, cds, before purchasing. People give you funny looks

, cause you gotta hold them by your ear b/c of the noise level in most BBs, but it's better than broken cases.

Same thing happened with my Star Trek (TOS). After taking S1 and S2 our of the Amazon box I can already tell the disks are floating.

My S2 box that i got from BB was broken on the bottom latch, S1 was fine though.

Season 1 and 2 arrived from Amazon fine for me. Only Disc 1 from Season 1 and Disc 7 from Season 2 were loose, but nothing wrong with the discs. They really need to find better cases for these box sets.

I wish they would just replicate the original DVD cases of the seasons and change the dimensions to make them smaller.
