Default Help!! My Sammy LCD Broke

Hey Guys,

A strange and terrible thing happened last night. My '08 Samsung 5 series went crazy. Here's a few of the problems.

1. It randomly and repeatedly turns on/off: Even with my all remotes out of the room. It will just turn on,off,on,off.

2. It won't display any images: Sometimes it will display nothing, sometimes a green screen, sometimes a distorted picture, sometimes only a freeze frame.

3. It makes a god-awful screeching noise: It sounds like a fire alarm of some kind. It's not the same noise every time, but it is always loud and annoying.

I have turned off/unplugged all other components to isolate the problem (the TV) and have plugged the TV into different power sources around the house to make sure that wasn't the issue.

The worst part is, I bought the TV 13 months ago and have no active warranty.

Any suggestions on manually fixing the thing or where the best place to take it would be much appreciated.

Thanks.
