Amazon slow with the pre-orders - Blu-ray Forum

TMNT arrives on both dvd ,BD on aug 7 but can't be ordered yet while dr strange arrives the following wk aug 14th and can be pre-ordered.

It's odd that some movies have a more timely pre-order than others and i'd simply prefer to be able to pre-order top stuff sooner rather than later.

Cars,Incredibles, and great summer flicks showing now.

Does anyone know where all the anime is?!! BD has everything except universal and ANY anime?!! Seriouslly anime on bd needs supporting.

TMNT and 300 not being up for preorder has everything to do with Warner Brothers and nothing to do with Amazon.

300 comes out in July, in just a little over a month and neither the DVD, Blu-ray or the HD-DVD can be pre-ordered. I checked Best Buy and they aren't preordering either. DVD Planet has TMNT but not 300. Buy.com also has TMNT but not 300.

Must be because of the high demand, they are making us wait..........OR they haven't finalized and there is a possibility of delay..I hope that isn't it!!!!!

egcarter over at AVS posts the official releases. Here is what 300 looks like:

If you notice, it says official pre-book date is July 3rd, so Amazon can't put it up for pre-order before then. Look for it next Tuesday on Amazon for preorder.
