Blu-Ray questions...

Hi there First time here and I hope I'll have good time with all of you guys !!!

I have some questions in regard of the technicalitys of the Blu-Ray and the PS3...

1) Will we must use HDMI cables to watch Movies and Play games in Blu-Ray format !?!

2) If we have to, Can I use a DVI -> HDMI converter to be able to watch movies and play games on my HDTV ?

1) It's possible that you might only be able to watch Blu-Ray movies via either HDMI or DVI, because these leads allow the use of HDCP whereas analogue connections do not. Though with so many HDTV's out there without HDMI/DVI, it might not be commercially viable to release Blu-Ray players without a component output option!? no one knows as nothing concrete has been announced. I would think we won't see Blu-Ray players in the Uk til 207 anyway. As for games, component will be allowed as well as HDMI/DVI.

2) Yas you can use DVI > HDMI or HDMI > DVI converters to watch movies, play ganmes on your tv.
