Don't know if there's import fee's but even with the conversion, this seems like a great deal from what I'm reading.

Is this in store only? On both FS and BB websites it still has the 249/259 price.

My local FS doesn't even have it in stock so I couldn't find out the answer for you.

I'm 95% sure that's the price for the regular DVD set.
I picked mine up at Futureshop yesterday for $249, there's no way they dropped the price already.

The $199 price is for the low definition ancient technology called D.V.D. I doubt anyone reading this forum would be looking for this primitive technology.

I was just at Best Buy and the sticker says $269 and they scan at $259 (The D.V.D. set is clearly marked at $199). They didn't have any of the Blu-rays at FS but it said $249 in the system.
