Help Me Pick One

I am currently looking at getting a new second subwoofer. The first one is a Klipsch RPW-10P for $280 or a Velodyne Impact 12 for $290. I am leaning towards the Velodyne, but am not completely certain. Any advice or comments are appreciated. Specs for the subs are below.
