How do you connect 5.1 audio using analog out? Three sets of stereo cables?

I am looking at an Oppo BDP 83.

Yes, three sets of stereo cables will work, but I would personally use 6 of these digital coaxial cables from monoprice. I recommend sticking with the ones labeled RG6.
