My first and last ACoustic audio experience. Wow

Where do I start. Got it ( aa hdsub 12 )today hooked it up 2 hours ago and in my 10+ years of being a audiophiles in the auto ranks I will say this is probably one of the worst 12 s I have ever heard. It's ungodly weak , the suspension is terrible ( it's like jello ), poorly constructed ( box in general ) and my 10" Polk psw 10 walks all over this thing in every way. Music movies radio etc.

From allthe hype this thing got I was so excited. But what a letdown. I mean when notes get lower this thing gets quieter. I had to actually check to see if it was plugged in the first time I turned it on. I moved this thing to 15 different spots in my house while my friend sat on the couch. He owns a servo 15 and he basically said what I feared. You got what ya paid for brother. So true. I got had and mixed up in the hype. And am now looking for the quickest way to take advantage of that 30 dAy moneyback guarantee

it's not loud (AT ALL ) it does not go low ( ironhide sweep was a joke ) ugh I'm just so frustrated. No offense to the company or people who like there's but if you think this is reference quality with low end I've got a great deal on purified air I wanna sell you.

All in all. Great service , shipping and exterior is ok. Just not a sub for me. I have no idea what else I can do. Worst of All. I have a 15 on the way too!!!!
