Make it Happen is Region-B "locked". Confirmed.

The Grudge 3 I believe is Region-Free. I would have to double check tomorrow.

Fame -- until I have the disc in my hands, I would not be able to confirm.

The case states region ABC (not verified).
No extras, all the content is in 1080p24, PQ is good (VC-1 @ 30+ Mbps), English audio DTS HD-MA and DD 5.1, dutch subtitles (removable).

I actually looked for you, but could not confirm whether or not there is PAL content on the disc. I would have to manually check a copy of it to confirm.
