How long have you been collecting Blu's? - Blu-ray Forum

Title really says everything. I've only been collecting for a little under a year, and I have 29 movies. Nothing amazing, but I'm very young and have to pay for my own movies, so I just do the best I can. How about you guys?

I started collecting on July the 3rd when I bought my PS3 bundle that came with Wall-E, I got instantly hooked and haven't looked back.

I have 101 in my collection and I just going crazy for more but I am young ( 25 ) and have to pay for my own stuff as well

I'm only 24, most of my free money goes to buying movies. Or at least it did until i got married last week.

I started buying Blu-Rays roughly a year ago (give or take a month). I don't have a great job, but I buy what I can. I'm pretty happy with my collection so far.

I started a couple months after the original PS3 launch. It all started slowly and innocently enough, but this thing has started to gain some serious momentum.

Since day 1. when the 1st batch came out I was on it... Blu was my decision from the time I saw specs on blu and hddvd...

It seems like no matter how hard you try, when you get one. You can't stop buying them.

I started collecting Blu-rays in July 2006 and now have 300+ in my collection.

P.S. I didn't have a Blu-ray player until November that year wihen the PS3 launched. I was prepping 4 months in advance!
